At Britannia, we’re looking for passionate, motivated teachers who care about making a difference. More than qualifications, we value a positive attitude, professionalism, teamwork and a genuine desire to keep learning, growing and helping students succeed.

University degree in any subject.
CELTA, DELTA or equivalent teaching qualification.
Experience teaching adults is desirable but not essential for the right candidate.
Strong command of English (C2 level or above).
Eligibility to work in Spain.

What we offer to our teachers

We believe that when teachers have the right support, everything is possible

At Britannia, we give teachers the support, resources and conditions they need to enjoy their work and build a rewarding career. You’ll teach motivated students in small groups, follow a clear and proven methodology, and have access to quality materials and ongoing academic guidance.

We offer the possibility of working in a profesional and supportive atmosphere.

Contracts: from October to the end of June (paid holidays).
Teaching timetables: 24–26 hours a week, most of them in afternoon / evening blocks (16.00h–22.00h) from Monday to Thursday. A monthly salary, calculated according to qualifications, experience and working hours.
Groups: mainly children and teenagers with a maximun of 12 students.
